Bamenda
Hauptstadt und größter Ort der Region, ist eine traditionelle Stadt, aber auch ein Verkehrsknotenpunkt und modernes Geschäftszentrum.
Bamenda ist mit etwa 450.000 Einwohnern die viertgrößte Stadt Cameroons. Es ist die Hauptstadt der Nordwest-Provinz.
In der Umgebung von Bamenda gibt es viele kleine sehenswerte Dörfer, z.B. Bafut (bitte clicken), in denen die Menschen noch sehr ursprünglich leben.

Capital and the largest city in the region, is a traditional city, but also a traffic hub and modern business center.
With about 450,000 inhabitants, Bamenda is the fourth largest city of Cameroons. It is the capital of the northwest province.
